Pay Implementation Cell is one of the wings of Finance department dealing with
matters relating to general conditions of service of the State Government
employees including prescription of time-scale of pay and other allowances,
concurrence to grant of Special pension/Liberalised Pension/Extraordinary
pension, fixation of pay of re-employed Pensions, servicing of various
Committee of Officers etc.etc.etc.
Besides,
remuneration of Casual/Muster Roll/Home Guard employees etc. are reviewed from
time to time including those of Scheduled Employments. With a view to
compressing non-plan expenditure, matters relating to right-sizing/down-sizing
of posts/Departments, curtailment /restrictions of various reimbursement
facilities are also dealt with by this wing.
