Aim of SSA The SSA launched in Manipur aims at providing useful and relevant Elementary Education for all children in the age-group 6-14 years under the provisions of Article No. 45 of the Indian Constitution and 86th Constitutional Amendment Act making Elementary Education a fundamental right and fundamental duty.
